Refund policy

Because of the personalized nature of our products, we have a no return or exchange policy, which means no personalized products or gift cards of any kind can be returned.

Damages and issues

If your product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello.littlelineage@gmail.com  so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  Damage concerns must be addressed within 30 days of receiving the product. Please note that errors made by the customer are not considered damaged, and can't be refunded.
