Your favorite family story turned into a picture book. It's a one-of-a-kind children's book that is written and illustrated by YOU (or whoever you want to include). We walk you through the writing, illustrating and uploading process.
How it works:
1. Once you've made the purchase, you'll click to download the Storybook Guide on your device. The guide includes:
- Page-by-page description and examples of how to write your story.
- An illustration packet that walks you through creating art for each page.
- Ideas on how to include children of all ages in the illustrations.
- Directions on removing the backgrounds of the illustrations.
- How to upload and finalize your picture book.
2. You'll also receive a link from CORJL.com with an editable PDF. You'll insert the words and illustrations you created using your packet.
3. When your book is finished, we'll print and send you your beautiful hardback book!

Each book contains 10-11 simple drawings. You can have one or multiple illustrators throughout the book. Creating the book is easier on a laptop than on a mobile device.

It walks you through each part of the book process.
For the writing section, we go page-by-page on teaching you to write your book. This includes how to write a great title, where to begin your plot, and when to start ending your story.
The illustration section has you map out 10 drawings for the book. It also shows how to help kids who can't draw be included in the art (if you want), and shows real examples of kid's art that have been used in Little Lineage books.
It also teaches you how to get your illustrations digitally ready, and the rest of the steps you need to finalize your picture book.

We've designed the book in a way to help even simple art work well. (In fact, it's preferred.) So hop on pinterest, search how to draw your specific object, and we think you'll be just fine!
The book requires 10-11 drawings. You can do all the drawings yourself, or divide them between family members.

When you purchase the book, your Storybook Guide will automatically download, and the CORJL editable file will be emailed to you. You can take as much time as you need to create your book.
Once you've submitted your completed information, we'll compile it. Your printed book(s) will arrive within 2-3 weeks.
What does my investment cover?

The cost covers one hardback customized picture book. The book is 24 full color pages.
Each additional book ordered at the same time gets 1% price break per book. (For example, 5 copies are 5% cheaper.)
Can I buy more copies later?
You bet! If you decide you want more later on, contact us with your name and the book name, and we'll order them. Price breaks don't apply the same way for copies purchased later on.

Shipping is a flat rate of $4.85, but free on orders over $65.
We are unable to offer refunds or returns.
